Cancellation Policy

Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, regardless of the reason. This policy is in place for the following reasons:

Immediate processing

Our fulfillment system starts processing your order as soon as it has been confirmed. This includes picking, packing and scheduling the shipment. This process cannot be paused or reversed.

Stock reservation

Every confirmed order reserves specific stock, which is then no longer available to other customers. Cancelling at this stage disrupts inventory management and the efficiency of order processing.

Changes to your order

Although cancellation is not possible, we may in some cases still be able to help with minor changes, provided the order has not yet been shipped. Possible changes include:

• Changing the size or colour

• Updating the shipping address

• Minor changes within the existing order

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order if you would like to request a change. While we cannot guarantee that every change is possible, we will do our very best to help you as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
